Pets on Death Sentence

An effort to raise awareness and encourage adoption, one shelter pet at a time.

Because the number of pets being brought into animal shelters every month is much larger than the number of pets who get adopted, many animals have to compete with one another for a place in the shelter and their right to live.

How do you make people feel connected to the cause, and share with them the responsibility to help the shelter pets?

Shelter pets that are not up for adoption can be compared to death sentence subjects, who do not have much choice in deciding their own fate and are just waiting for the end to come. Working together with SPCA, ‘Pets on Death Sentence’ is a campaign that documents the life and death of those shelter pets, along with a timer countdown to the moment they will be put to sleep.

Along with the countdown, the public will be presented with 4 choices to make : to save the pet by opting for an adoption, to help maintain the pet’s livelihood by making a donation, to prolong the pet’s life by sharing the awareness, or to let the pet die by doing nothing.

This is a proposal campaign done during my stint with Kinetic Singapore, but did not actually run.

F&N Christmas

F&N Give&Get A Christmas Tree is a Facebook contest for F&N that was launched during the Christmas season.

Users are invited to decorate their own F&N virtual Christmas tree on Facebook. The entries will be available for public voting during the campaign period. The top 3 entries with the most votes will get a live tree decorated the same way as the virtual tree. In addition, a tree modelled after the top-voted entry will also be given to a charity as a Christmas present!

F&N Great Shake Up

An iPhone game done for a beverage brand in Singapore, F&N, to engage the local consumers in the digital realm.

This app challenges you to shake your iPhone as fast as you can to generate as many F&N cans possible within a specific time limit! Players are also able to keep track of each others’ achievements through the real-time scoreboard in the game.

Stevie Wonder LP

A Stevie Wonder LP packaging done for a school project. Also includes a promotional poster.

The peacock, known for having beautiful feathers that outshine and make up for its shortcomings, resembles Wonder and his attitude towards the music he creates. As a tie in to the concept, the feather of the peacocks are substituted with piano keys.
